New software is just one component of Americas Cardroom’s strategy to derail the BOT business. The poker site bolstered their detection team and introduced a new refund policy. That means if you end up playing against a BOT, you’ll get a cash refund if that BOT ends up being caught. Since the new refund policy went into effect this summer, over $450,000 has been returned to players and 12 users were banned for using BOTs.
