There's a new buffet in Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, operated by Villa Enterprises.

Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem is arguably Pennsylvania's most successful gambling hall. The $800 million casino is the only one in the state with a hotel, an outlet mall and a concert venue. Wind Creek Bethlehem will no longer be escorting minors across the casino floor. Minors are still welcome to dine at The Market if they enter through The Outlets or hotel.

Villa Enterprises CEO Anthony Scotto says in a news release the space is 'reinvented' and will deliver fresh meals and a fully stocked bar. Expect steel-making-themed murals, international dishes at an all-you-can-eat buffet, pizza, a pasta station, sushi and carved meats, according to the release.

Villa Enterprises is also behind The Market Gourmet Express food court at Sands casino, which opened in 2009, and Croissanterie, which offers coffee, croissants and baguettes, and opened this summer.
